Terms of service

Usix gives you a website or store with templates, product management, cash-on-delivery checkout, order management and optional connections (WhatsApp, delivery companies, Google Sheets, advertising pixels). Features depend on your plan.

Give accurate information, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what the team members you invite do.

New accounts may get a free trial. Plans, their prices and limits are shown on our website and in your account; paid plans are arranged with us directly. If a plan ends, features beyond the free plan may stop until it is renewed; your data is kept.

You are the seller: the sale is between you and your customer. You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, delivery and after-sales service, and for following the laws that apply to you, including Algeria's e-commerce law (Law No. 18-05).

Don't use Usix for anything illegal, counterfeit goods, weapons, drugs, adult content, scams or misleading offers, or to send spam. We may remove such content.

Use the personal data of the people who order from you only to handle their orders and the purposes you tell them about, and keep it safe. See our privacy policy for how we handle it for you.

Your texts, photos and products remain yours; you allow us to store and show them so your website works. The platform, its templates and its software remain ours.

Delivery companies, WhatsApp, Google and advertising platforms are run by others and have their own terms. We aren't responsible for their service, prices or decisions.

We work to keep Usix available and your data safe, but we can't promise the service will never be interrupted or free of errors. Keep your own copies of important information (orders can be exported, or synced to Google Sheets).

You can stop using Usix at any time. We may suspend a shop or an account that breaks these terms or the law, or puts others at risk, and will tell you why when we can.

As far as the law allows, Usix isn't liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or profits, or for problems caused by connected services, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we let you know about important changes. These terms are governed by Algerian law.
